Changing the perspective
Movement is created internally. The human systems that create movement: Muscle, Connective Tissue, and the Central Nervous System, are all internal systems. Yet, when we exercise we are solely focused on the external movement and the repetition of very strict, caged exercises. Instead, TPA cultivates an efficient and effective internal system that can create clean, controlled, powerful movement throughout your entire workspace.
TPA is dedicated to
- helping young athletes play their sport at their full potential for as long as they want,
- educating groups and individuals on how to care and control their physical and neurological self, and
- creating a positive community to foster self-progress.
Chase - Educating the
next generation
I played a variety of sports growing up. Energy and effort was always present, but, being a short, skinny kid held me back from reaching my next level. When I started working out and training seriously, I went to a training program targeted towards young athletes and while I looked stronger and could lift more in the gym, it didn’t help me become a better athlete. Even worse, that training led to back pain, joint restrictions, and other physical limitations I have had to learn to correct.
I am fascinated by the human body and the science behind how we move and adapt. Through this passion, I eventually learned what true health and performance means. My goal is to ensure today’s youth don’t make the same mistakes I did by sharing what I’ve learned and helping others be more informed and empowered when it comes to taking care of their bodies.
