So why hasn't our training?
Despite our incredible advancements in movement-related sciences, we still train the same way we did in the 19th century.
Modern fitness often overlooks the fundamentals of human movement, our evolutionary biology, and what “healthy” truly is. Despite the widespread use of terms like “injury prevention,” injuries continue to rise, especially among young athletes, largely due to training methods that neglect the body’s natural mechanics.
What makes TPA different?
TPA is dedicated to helping athletes of all ages reach their full performance potential while emphasizing health and longevity. Taking the unique approach of integrating connective tissue, neurological, and breath training in order to unlock the next level of performance. TPA’s primary goal is to change the perspective on what elite performance and training is, especially among young athletes, by educating local communities on up-to-date training and health methods.
